At Keggly, we value your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data from our system, please follow the steps outlined below. Once the data deletion process has been initiated, we will take necessary measures to ensure your data is permanently removed from our systems in compliance with applicable laws.
2. Steps to request data deletion
Option A: Through the app
- Open the application - Launch the Keggly application on your device.
- Navigate to Settings - From the main interface, head over to the "Settings" section.
- Access your Profile - Within "Settings", select the "Profile" option.
- Initiate deletion request - Scroll down and find the "Request data deletion" option. Tap on it.
- Confirmation - A popup will appear to confirm your intent. Please read through the cautionary notes. If you're sure, confirm the deletion request.
Option B: By email
Send an email to support@keggly.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data deletion request".
3. Important notes
- Once you confirm the data deletion, the process is irreversible. You won't be able to retrieve your account or any associated data once deleted.
- The deletion process might take some time, depending on the volume of data and system constraints. We will process your request as quickly as possible.
- You will not be able to use Keggly services associated with the deleted account unless you create a new account.
