Keggly LTD ("Keggly Insights", "we", "us") provides business-to-business venue menu intelligence for beverage brands, distributors, and consultants. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Contact form submissions

When you submit a "Get Insights" or contact form, we collect:

• Email address
• Name (if provided)
• Company name (if provided)
• Message content

Purpose: to respond to your inquiry and discuss how our product can help your business.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (responding to a business inquiry you initiated).

Email notification sign-up

When you subscribe to coverage expansion updates, we collect your email address.

Purpose: to notify you when we launch coverage in new markets.

Legal basis: consent (you actively submit your email).

Website analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies, do not track individuals across sites, and do not collect personal data. Aggregate metrics (page views, referral sources, country-level location) are collected to understand how our website is used.

No cookies are set for analytics purposes.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels

How we store and protect your data

Contact form submissions and email subscriptions are stored securely with access limited to Keggly LTD personnel. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission. Data is hosted within the European Union.

Data retention

• Contact form data: retained for the duration of the business relationship, or deleted within 12 months if no relationship is established
• Email subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe
• Analytics data: aggregated, no personal data retained

All fonts are self-hosted. No external font services are used.

Children's privacy

Our service is designed for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 years of age.
